Kyrgyz Secret Service abducts an opposition politician from downtown Bishkek. The member of Ata-Jurt party was taken to the Secret Services headquarters and tortured. A plastic bag was placed over his head and then he was beaten. Ata-Jurt party informed the Secret Service officials that the video footage of the abduction was placed on the internet after which the detained person was released.
